Meetings with remarkable trees

Yellow leaves fall from branches like ballerinas. I squint my eyes to blur the colours as I walk. Each morning the trees are a little more naked. The colours are fading fast from the landscape and I am not ready for winter.

These are beautiful images. I recently wrote a poem that these pictures remind me of. Thanks for sharing. :)

I just wanted to stop in and say that I've been enjoying your blog so much I now have a feed of it. I stumbled upon it when I came back from a visit to Montreal a few weeks ago and was looking for how others had photographed the Chinese lanterns. Your photos of the lanterns are just so beautiful, as is all your other work.

Gorgeous images, again :)
The second one is my favorite...it's got just the right amount of magic and mystery and beautiful light for me.

Any way you'd offer that second one in your shop? Or did I just miss it?

So gorgeous! It's almost summer here (certainly feels like it already!) and as much as I love days spent at the beach, I realllly miss scenes like these. Thank you for sharing :)

Absolutely beautiful! I wish the trees where I live were still colorful, but sadly they are all bare!
